COVID Clean Disinfectant – 750ml Bottle

Our biodegradable COVID Clean disinfectant is available as individual 750ml bottles and ready to use. This disinfectant was developed for the aviation sector and its use has been approved by aircraft manufacturers and major airlines for aircraft such as AMS 1550B and Boeing D6-7127.

This mild and neutral product can also be safely used in various other environments, including in residential properties, commercial buildings and other establishments, such as hospitals.

Our COVID Clean disinfectant has been tested by a certified UK virology lab, which is fully approved under the terms of the European Biocidal Products Regulation, to show that it kills the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus to meet the standards under BS EN 14476:2013 + A2:2019. It has also been tested to kill at least 99.999% of disease causing micro-organisms including MRSA, Norovirus, Hepatitis B and C, as well as the following bacteria and bacteria spores.

• Bacteria EN 1276: Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus hirae, MRSA, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella choleraisuis, Listeria monocytogenes, Proteus vulgaris, Campylobacter jejuni, Serratia marcescens, Corynebacterium bovis and Rhodococcus equi
• Bacterial Spores 49 EN 1276: Bacillus subtilis and Clostridium difficile

In accordance with BS EN 16777:2018, the residual activity of our COVID Clean disinfectant has also been tested. This test was completed to determine whether or not this product would still kill COVID-19 if was left after application, not rinsed off and left to dry. The results showed a 1.5 log reduction after only 5 minutes, which means that if COVID-19 lands on a disinfected surface, 97% of the deposited virus will be killed within 5 minutes.

COVID Clean leaves a residue that is 30 times more effective than using a disinfectant with no residual activity, such as bleach and alcohol.

For large operations, our COVID Clean disinfectant is also available in concentrate format, COVID Clean disinfectant concentrate, which is available in 25l and 200l drums. This should be diluted at a rate of 1 part COVID Clean to 9 parts water and may be applied by a cloth, brush or spray.
