COVID Clean Disinfectant Concentrate – 25l Drum

Our COVID Clean disinfectant concentrate is available in 25-litre drums. This disinfectant has been developed for the aerospace industry and aircraft manufacturers and major airlines have approved its use for aircraft such as AMS 1550B and Boeing D6-712.

This disinfectant is mild, neutral and biodegradable according to Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004. It is also safe to be used in various home and work settings, including hospitals.

Our COVID Clean disinfectant concentrate has been tested to prove that it kills the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus in accordance with BS EN 14476:2013 + A2:2019 by a certified UK virology lab, that is fully approved under the terms of the European Biocidal Products Regulation.

This disinfectant has also proven to kill at least 99.999% of disease-causing micro-organisms including Hepatitis B and C, MRSA, Norovirus and the following bacteria:

• Bacteria EN 1276: Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus hirae, MRSA, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella choleraisuis, Listeria monocytogenes, Proteus vulgaris, Campylobacter jejuni, Serratia marcescens, Corynebacterium bovis and Rhodococcus equi
• Bacterial Spores 49 EN 1276: Bacillus subtilis and Clostridium difficile

The residual activity of COVID Clean has also been tested, in accordance with BS EN 16777:2018, to determine if the product would still kill COVID-19 if it was not rinsed off and left to dry after application. The results showed a 1.5 log reduction after only 5 minutes, meaning that if COVID-19 lands on a treated surface, 97% of the virus will be killed within 5 minutes.

This finding makes COVID Clean 30 times more effective than a disinfectant with no residual activity, including bleach and alcohol.

Our COVID Clean disinfectant concentrate should be diluted at a rate of 1 part COVID Clean to 9 parts water. This solution may be applied by a cloth, brush or spray.

COVID Clean disinfectant is also available in ready-to-use format as 750ml trigger sprays.
